  • Ensure that your device is connected to the extender’s network.
  • Try using a different web browser or clear your browser cache.
  • Verify that the extender is powered on and within range of your router

SMART SETUP WIZARD

  • Use a Wi-Fi-enabled device, such as a computer or smartphone.

  • You will see a prompt for NEW EXTENDER SETUP or RECONNECT EXTENDER.
